Grandma's Birthday!!!

This weekend we had a fabulous four day weekend. We went to the cabin on Friday Harbor to celebrate George's moms birthday!!!

We even got Paisley to go out on the boat this time. Paisley, George and I took a couple of rides together checking the crab pots.

An amazing house on the water. More like a mansion...not a house.

And to have my yacht parked out front.

More crab....

I have many pictures of the cabin...but none from the water view.

Grandma and Paisley.

Relaxing on the deck.

Bought these chairs in town...great deal $13.00 each...very comfortable and relaxing.

Paisley took grandma on a pine cone hunt at night.

Paisley out for a boat ride with dad.

Wearing daddy's hat.
My man...

Out for another boat ride.

Another great sunset on the boat.

Roche Harbor from the water. A lot of money just floating there.

And yet another sunset.

Here is the boys making Melissa take the crab out of the bucket and put it in the water to cook.

Saturday was a blast...we went to the farmers market for blueberry lemonade...homemade pizza, cookies and more...

Here is grandma with her birthday flowers.

Papa Nick and Paisley.

For grandma's birthday dinner we did Shabu Shabu.

George is working on the broth...

Our family dinner.

Claudette spoiling us on her birthday.

Papa Nick took this of Paisley. She decided to roll around in the dirt. Glad I did not have to clean her up. Melissa and I went into town to watch EAT LOVE PRAY at the local movie theatre. Thanks Melissa for a great girls night out.

Someone is beat...

I just love this girl.
Thanks family for a great weekend. Great weather...great fun...great company!!!! Until next time.

Random Pictures

What a busy are some random pictures.

Popcorn and M&M's for dessert for the girls.

Used tons of these...they are the greatest invention for cleaning.

Played on the playset with Paisley and forced her to take pictures.

Such an Angel...when she wants to be.

We played with Jeneva.

We had lunches and dinners outside in the beautiful weather.

We advanced to big girl panties. She is 99% potty trained!!!! Hurray!!!!

Daddy and Paisley bought new panties.

Fun times.

Salmon BBQ

Today at work we had a wellness BBQ. George was asked to cook the salmon. I bought it from Costco and he did his magic. Everyone loved it! It was at the Marina where they have a big fire pit.

He used lemon, dill and olive oil. Brushed on with rosemary and thyme.

Great Job George...You are the best!!!

Oh What Do You Do When It Rains Outside....

In August....come on....

Well, I bake M&M cookies.

I read my new Pride and Prejudice sequel while Paisley and George took a nap.

I made two signs for a friends birthday and a friends 50th anniversary.

Took pictures of Paisley being goofy. Those are infant sunglasses that are way to small for her head. I told her she was going to squish her brains.

We ride in those car carts...I really don't like them because they are hard to push around, but it keeps her occupied.

I could not get her out of her umbrella and boots.

On Saturday we had so much to do. To top it off George and Paisley woke up sick. Each year George and I volunteer for a special program called the Challenge Series. It is basically soap box derby down Barrington for disabled children. That is where I was Saturday morning. The City crew sets up the course, catches the cars, transports the cars back up to the top and cleans up. We had tons of fun and I am sure the kids did too. It is a great way to volunteer in our community.

All in all...a good weekend.
