Paisley Turns ONE-Hawaiian Style

Paisley had her first 1st birthday party in Hawaii. It is a Hawaiian tradition that you throw a big luau for the 1st birthday. With the help of family and friends we had a fabulous luau for Paisley's 1st birthday. Another tradition is also planting a coconut tree for a birth, so we did that too.

Mahalo for helping us with the party-we love you all and can't wait to come back.

My mom and two nieces came along and they all had a chance to experience Hawaii to the fullest. We went to the volcano, we went to the black sand beaches, we cracked open coconuts, watched George spear fish, ate tons of delicious Hawaiian food and came back with the true Hawaiian spirit.

Paisley enjoyed the pool as you can see below. She is definitely going to be like her dad in the water. Jeneva even got the hang of swimming by the end of the trip. Way to go girls!

All in all, it was a great trip to Hawaii for a very special occasion. We look forward to going back soon.
